You are the refuge that I seek, I look not to Your enemies. There is no haven but with You, When wicked men hate and pursue. Not in a friendly prince's court, Is true salvation, but the Lord, May use such means to fortify, The saints on whom He rests His eyes. Among Your people I will rest, Though that's no guard against distress. Your spirit only is my trust, For You have raised me from the dust. So I will follow where You lead, I trust You will supply my needs. With God alone I'll safely dwell, Who drives off all the hounds of hell.
